V ktorom kraji na Slovensku sa najviac usmievajú?
Značka Orbit v minulom roku začala boj proti zlej nálade medzi Slovákmi a založila Školu úsmevu s cieľom naučiť ich viac sa usmievať. Z minuloročného prieskumu* o usmievaní sa v Slovenskej a Českej republike vyplynulo, že Slováci aj Česi chcú, aby sa na nich ľudia usmievali, ale len malá časť sa začne usmievať na svoje okolie ako prvá. V tohtoročnom prieskume Orbit zisťoval, či sa situácia zmenila a súčasne skúmal, ako sme na tom s úsmevom v jednotlivých krajoch Slovenska. Výsledky prekvapili – najviac úsmevov nájdeme v Žilinskom kraji.
Prieskum potvrdil, že možno merať i také veci, ako je úsmev. Bežne sa stretávame s Indexom šťastnej planéty. Kritériom pre jeho stanovenie je spokojnosť obyvateľov, priemerný vek, ktorého sa dožívajú, a tiež záťaž životného prostredia. Značku žuvačiek Orbit však zaujímala dobrá nálada a „usmievavosť“ občanov Slovenskej republiky. Rozhodla sa preto urobiť prieskum a podľa všeobecného ukazovateľa (indexu) zistiť, aké dôvody na úsmev majú Slováci.
Z výsledkov prieskumu vyplynulo, že ľudia sa najviac usmievajú v krajoch na západe a severe Slovenska, teda v Žilinskom (56 %), Bratislavskom (55 %) a Trenčianskom kraji (54 %), pričom prekvapivo Žilinský kraj predbehol i hlavné mesto**. Najmenej sa ľudia usmievajú v Banskobystrickom (48 %) a Nitrianskom kraji (47 %). Medzi priemerne usmiatych patria obyvatelia Trnavského, Prešovského a Košického kraja.
Na otázku, ako často vidia obyvatelia úsmev na tvárach ľudí z ostatných krajov, skončili najhoršie Bratislavčania (51 %), nasledovaní obyvateľmi Trnavského a Prešovského kraja. Napriek tomu, že podľa celkových výsledkov sú Košičania považovaní za pesimistov, v očiach ostatných obyvateľov Slovenska patria medzi najusmievavejších (39 %). Sociologička PhDr. Sylvia Porubänová sa vyjadrila k výsledkom prieskumu: „Treba pripustiť, že charakteristiky či sebaindikácie za jednotlivé kraje môžu odrážať aj objektivizovateľné životné podmienky, konkrétne problémy, obmedzenia, limity a výzvy v týchto regiónoch. Týka sa to tak vlastných „krajových“ dôvodov na úsmev, ako aj tých, ktoré respondenti pripisujú iným krajom podľa všeobecne rozšírenej predstavy, prípadne na základe osobnej skúsenosti.“
Podľa prieskumu je najčastejším zdrojom úsmevu rodina (56 %), dobrá nálada (43 %), priatelia a spolupracovníci (32 %). Zaujímavým faktom je, že iba necelými 2 % prispieva k dobrej nálade napríklad nové oblečenie, malý vplyv má aj kultúra (7 %). Naopak, negatívny vplyv na našu náladu má často okolie, verejná doprava, pracovisko a medzi mladšími respondentmi aj škola. Na otázku, čím by obyvatelia sami prispeli k tomu, aby sa ľudia v ich kraji viac usmievali, viac než 30 % z nich odpovedalo, že by sa snažili viac usmievať na svoje okolie.
Je nepochybné, že dôvody našej usmievavosti alebo zamračenosti spočívajú v tých najvážnejších príčinách. Naši najbližší ľudia a každodenný život a okolie, spokojnosť s kvalitou vzťahov i úrovňou prostredia bezprostredne podmieňujú ako sa cítime. Zásadné spoločenské či svetové podmienky a dôvody pravdepodobne nasledujú až potom… Iste, otázky istôt, práce, príležitostí či perspektívy intervenujú do našich nálad a prejavov viac, ako si môžeme a chceme pripustiť. Na druhej strane – život sa skladá aj z malých radostí a viac spontánnych úsmevov môže zlepšiť pocit i realitu našich životov.
